Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the ZennoAI website and the ZennoAI API (the "Service") operated by ZennoAI Inc. ("us", "we", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service. This is a legally binding agreement.

2. Description of Service

ZennoAI provides an application programming interface (API) that allows users to access and integrate our proprietary artificial intelligence models for tasks such as text generation, analysis, and video creation.

3. API Keys

Access to the API requires an API key. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API key and for all activities that occur under your key. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your API key.

4. Use Restrictions

You agree not to use the Service:

  • For any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
  • To develop models that compete with ZennoAI.
  • To distribute, sell, or sublicense the Service to any third party without our express written consent.
  • To generate content that is hateful, harassing, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.

5. Fees and Payment

Certain aspects of the Service may be provided for a fee. You agree to pay all applicable fees as described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to change our prices and to institute new charges at any time, upon notice to you, which may be sent by email or posted on the website.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
